Trane requires that routine maintenance be conducted as recommended in the owner's manual to insure proper performance of your equipment.   Hoy can provide routine maintenance which not only satisfies this condition of your optional extended warranty but also assures peak efficiency and safe operation of your equipment.

Routine maintenance  Any routine maintenance is not covered.  However, if during the performance of routine maintenance, a component is found to be faulty and expected to fail, it could be covered as well as the labor to replace it.

Failures due to lack of preventative maintenance Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered.

Non-listed equipment Air filters, drain lines, condensate pumps, refrigerant lines, ducts, electrical wiring external of the equipment, or any other equipment not listed on the Optional Extended Warranty Agreement are not covered.

Premium labor charges Labor charges for repairs which are required outside of regular business hours are not covered.

Non-approved servicers Only work performed by Trane approved service companies is covered.
